Saturday, and Reading (my other team) lose to the Arsenal 1-0. An own goal, too. After the game, I start thinking about another own goal we've been scoring at work. With the field sales team always on the road, keeping them up to date with important stuff like market news, opportunities, sales promotions and company updates is hard. What can I do?
Thanks to Se7en, I hit upon an immediate solution. The Sales Performance Program gives my team access to business-critical information, marketing activity and promotions, market news and customer performance activity - 24/7. A complete e-comms plan, too, based around our core objectives this quarter - so me and my team can feed through information consistently and frequently when needed. And it's all online. Happy days. Shame about the footy, mind.
