Terrible trouble getting to work, with some nightmare on the M4. I'm starting to sound like Andy with my excuses. Anyway, the traffic jam gave me time to think. We spend a lot of time marketing to existing customers, but without much success in sales uplift. I guess old habits die hard. Or do they? How can we persuade them to spend more with us?
I get to work at the crack of noon and make up for lost time by phoning Se7en. They're really helpful. Apparently, with their Customer Performance Program, we can offer incentives and rewards built around what motivates each individual personally - be it TomTom satnavs (fat lot of use on the M4 today), cash prizes or whatever. Best of all, it's all geared around our sales objectives. Set up a meeting with Eileen from Se7en.
