Another busy weekend's over before it started and Andy's late for the 9.15 meeting - some tall tale about sandwiches. Anyway, we talk about customer relationship stuff. We all agree we have great relationships with the senior decision makers in our customers' businesses, but we also need to be talking to the ones who influence buying decisions from the ground level up.
I talk to Eileen from Se7en. She tells me that, with the Customer Performance Program, it's multi-tiered and multi-layered so that we can communicate and build relationships at every level - with individuals, teams or decision makers at company level. I leave on time, excited about what this could mean for us.
