Determined to start my diet, so no trip to the French deli today. I'm also watching Andy closely and pondering how I can get back at him. Before that, though, as a dutiful HR manager, my mind's on employee retention – particularly related to high-performing individuals – which is an increasing challenge for us. What can we do to make sure we keep the staff we have?

I chat to Se7en. They talk to me about adding a new e-learning and online training initiative on the Employee Performance Program. It'll keep our staff fully trained and educated on our products, markets and job skills. Combined with our new flexible online incentives and rewards for achievement and performance, it's sure to help keep employees on board.
