I'm guarding today's croissant with my life. A little bit of butter and blackcurrant jam and it goes down a treat. Which is as palatable as I'd like to make this place for potential candidates. We want to attract the right kind of candidates, but we need to offer them an attractive package. Not just an attractive salary.

I call up Se7en. Eileen explains that, with our Employee Performance Program, we can offer a broad range of flexible benefits. These might be company contribution, optional salary sacrifice or as a reward for achievement and good performance tied into objectives. Which means that people can choose whatever benefits tickle their fancy. Like free croissants, maybe.
