Employee Performance Program makes a good impression. Unlike Andy.

My youngest is down with flu, so I'm working at home today. It gives me the breathing space I need to think about some of the requests we've had recently from departmental managers. They're wanting help and advice on things like interview techniques and dealing with sensitive people issues. We really need to find a way of supporting our managers more effectively.

I check out our Employee Performance Program more closely. And it's clear that through the online resource centre that includes a wide range of management support material, downloadable 24/7 by our management team. And tiered access for line management and staff means we can tailor messaging and content to suit. It's perfect.

Once Anish gets back home, it's off out for drinks for Steve's birthday. Here's my chance. I spot the Phantom Croissant Pincher goofing around, doing bad impressions of Steve, so I politely draw his attention to the matter.
