Cutting the cost of recruitment - by Se7en.

A long lazy day spent in the conservatory. Had a bit of a think, in between papers and coffees. We've a big recruitment drive planned for technical and development staff over the next two months in the software-development departments. It's part of our new product-development strategy. Just looking at our agency fees, the cost of recruitment is high and Steve has asked me to investigate alternative options. I wonder if Se7en can help?

The following morning, I speak to Eileen. We're going to run an internal referral incentive on the Program to reward existing employees for referring potential new candidates. After all, our employees are our best advocates. But I would say that, wouldn't I?
