A morning at my yoga class. As I bend and stretch, I use the relatively tranquil setting to think about our new employee appraisal system. It's my job to prepare a communications plan to support it. Trouble is, I have a different message to get across to the managers, employees and the board. If I work on this now, the weekly HR bulletin won't go out either. How can I get my communications organised?
When I get home, I check out Se7en's Program more closely. The tiered structure provides for tailored and targeted messaging at every level. It's on a familiar platform and supported by pre-planned e-comms. Best of all, it's prepared and scheduled for consistency and frequency and focused on key objectives. Half the work's done for me. Now, if they can just sort out my back problems.
