Well, there wasn't much harmony on the M4 this morning. Or in the office, when someone pinched my croissant. Doesn't help my drive to encourage positive and proactive relationships between co-workers. Which reminds me that my managers have been looking for better team-based skills recently. It's my job to deliver them.
Luckily, I've got the Se7en Employee Performance module implemented as part of our overall Performance Program. I get together with Steve to talk it over. The employee initiatives on the Program are individual and team-based. This means that, as well as individual rewards and recognition, we can offer top team awards and team-based events. And the performance league tables enable us to compare team results and encourage healthy competition between members.
Oh, and I passed Andy on the way to the water cooler and noticed he has a spot of jam on his collar and a few tell-tale pastry flakes on his jacket. I decide to get my revenge later in the week.
