Rewards, recognition and retribution.

Apparently, our recent review audit has shown that employees feel unappreciated in some areas and don't feel they receive recognition for their achievements and performance. Hmm, this is my territory. What can I do?

I call Eileen again from Se7en. With their flexible rewards - money or non-monetary - we can reward our employees for achievement as well as performance and what's more we can support it with ongoing e-comms that communicate our employee 'success stories'. I head home happy as Larry and still sniggering at the treatment Steve dished out to Andy over Croissant-gate.
