How do you get a smile out of a Welshman?

People call me a gloomy Welshman, but there's no denying that, in the past, our marketing expenditure was de-centralised and stretched across wide geographical territories. With different needs in each region, this made it hard to consolidate costs. We spent a lot of marketing expenditure on activities with no tangible measure of results. That's enough to make anyone a bit glum.

Now, thanks to Se7en's Performance Program, I'm a bit less gloomy. It gives me a centralised platform. This means I can rapidly deploy marketing, sales and employee initiatives for all global territories. Now, in the UK, we're seeing the benefits of cost consolidation and better value for money. Happy days.
