Every day used to feel like we were running just to stand still. Yes, in the past, we've invested 20% of our annual revenue in marketing spend - just to sustain our sales at the same level. We needed to make that 20% count for something, and looking at today's results on the Performance Program, we're now strides ahead.
Thanks to the Performance Program, we still re-invest 20% of our revenue and with no additional headcount, but the sales are steadily increasing every quarter. It's been difficult to measure ROI in the past, but now the results speak for themselves. My co-directors will be pleased when we meet for our board meeting later today.
